Items ordered in error, no longer required:
Please call within 7 working days of receiving an item to raise a returns authorisation. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and call 01509 610077. Please note, a re-stocking fee of 30% will be applied to the return.
Please note, bespoke or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note, carriage is not refundable.
Items received damaged or faulty:

What do I do if an item develops a fault after I have been using it for a while?
Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. In the event of a product failure, please call our customer services team who will advise of any warranty cover that is applicable.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Owing to the quick turn around that Polycopy offers, you will need to contact the customer services team on 01509 610077 to see if it is possible to cancel an item that you have already placed on order.
